The Red and Black Cafe + Portland Collective Housing

Portland's Red and Black Cafe is raising funds for a down payment on the building they occupy. The plan is to purchase the building as part of the Portland Collective Housing project. Both partners in this project are worthy of support, and the plan is a good one, securing the space for the cafe and expanding the tenant-managed, low-income holdings of PCH.
